Object Partners announces the addition of consultant Kevin Beatty to their technology consulting staff. Kevin offers 14 years of software experience as a software developer in the manufacturing industry. He has developed applications using numerous technologies focusing primarily on Java and J2EE with a strong emphasis on unit testing due to the high-volume automated nature of his work. He prides himself on his ability to lead a team to solve complex technical problems while at the same time keeping team morale and engagement high. He firmly believes that software development projects are most successful when a highly iterative approach is taken.
